My personal specifics:

Body: 44 years, 145 lbs, 5 10’. Daily macros & lifestyle goals: 5% net carbs, 85% fat, and 10% protein, Clean, organic, low-processed foods, vitamins, and minerals, 2200–2500 calorie intake, and fasting an average of 17 hours per day, five days a week. Average eating window: ᐧ 5 a.m.–1 p.m. (8 hours) General foods were consumed each day, all of which were organic, grass-fed, or minimally processed.
