Glucose: 65 mg/dl (-14)
Ketones: 1.6 mmol/L (+3)
GKI: 2.26 (“You’re in a high therapeutic level of ketosis” according to KETO-MOJO)
CONCLUSION
I was surprised by the final test results in that my glucose shifted down by 14 points, and my ketones went up by 3 points. The GKI also indicated an increase from “moderate ketosis” to a “high therapeutic level of ketosis.” Very interesting results… But now my question is, WHAT caused the glucose to drop and ketones to increase? Will need to do more testing to analyze this down the road. Overall Test: PASS True-Keto-Friendly: YES
NOTE: Because I have thousands of online videos and podcasts across many platforms and agencies, I recently started numbering them by Episode, abbreviated by “Ep.,” to differentiate the sequence. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to designate all of them, but hopefully, starting now, it will become easier to differentiate them.
